These free, creative workshops are designed to boost wellbeing and provide a creative release for third sector workers.

Are you working with a registered charity or not for profit organisation in England? If yes, we would love for you to join us for this free workshop that aims to boost your wellbeing while learning new creative skills. We hope that at the end of the session you will feel happy, positive and energised. What are the workshops for?We feel that during these uncertain times, everyone within the charity, public and volunteer sectors have gone above and beyond to serve and be of help to those who need it the most, so this is your time to switch off and take care of your mental and physical wellbeing.Wellbeing has always been an important topic but in recent months it has become even more essential for us to create our own personalised wellbeing practice that works for us. So if you are looking to enjoy a fun positive, creative and fun session then you are in for a treat! What will happen in the workshops?Through this engaging and interactive workshop we are going to talk about how applying creativity can help with our emotional resilience and get involved in some fun, creative games and exercises designed to boost wellbeing. We will discuss what creativity means to us and the ways in which we can use it to feel more positive and productive. As well as discussion there will be practical creative exercises designed to encourage laughter, bonding and give people an uplifting boost to their day.These workshops are funded by the Arts Council England will include elements of playfulness and mindfulness that will help you feel positive - something we feel we all need right now. Is the workshop accessible for me?It’s a friendly and informal workshop open to people of all abilities, and aims to be fun and refreshing! We would like to make this as inclusive as possible so please do let us know if you have any specific accessibility needs.Where do the sessions take place?Sessions will be online and offer a safe space for individuals to take part in creative activities. It is also a great platform to connect with others from your industry. Who is leading the workshops?These workshops are facilitated by Sarah and Minoti. We are both based in Yorkshire and extremely passionate about enabling creative experiences that focus on improving confidence, communication and wellbeing through innovative drama, movement and playfulness techniques.How do I book?Sign up to one of the 2 dates below. You will be provided with a joining link for the session closer to the date of the event.On registration, you will receive a survey link, it would be much appreciated if you would please fill this for us. It should only take 2-3 minutes to fill in and will ensure our workshops are as accessible and engaging as they can be. What if I can't make it on those dates?Can’t make it on any of the above dates?
