Creative Women's Network
Come join our Creative Women's Network monthly event; an opportunity to connect, chat & share in Platform Thirty1's new HQ at Pleasley Mill
Creative Women's Network
The Creative Women’s Network has grown into a strong, supportive, creative community. This session, facilitated by Sarah Smith, is a chance to celebrate that and shape what comes next.
We’ll take time to reflect on what we’ve built, celebrate the connections and achievements so far, and gather ideas for how the network continues to grow and stay sustainable. This includes exploring things like how we use the Facebook group, whether ideas such as accountability groups could support us, and what new elements you’d love to see develop.
This is a participatory, welcoming session - no pressure, just space to think together, share ideas, and imagine the future of the Creative Women’s Network. If this community matters to you, please come and be part of shaping what’s next.

The Creative Women's Network is intended to be an informal, welcoming space that women working in and around Bolsover district can come together in a relaxed and supported environment, and find something new from taking some time for you.
We welcome artists and creative practitioners but we also want to create space for women who use creativity in their role in different sectors - so whether you're a nutritionist with a creative mindset, accountant who supports creative businesses, community practitioner championing creativity - this network is for you!
This project isfundedby @East Midlands Combined County Authority and the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
This network is running throughout 2025 on the first Wednesday of every month from 9.30am-11.30am
Directions
Follow your sat nav to NG19 8RL and it will bring you on to the site from the main entrance at Mill 1. You will need to park in the far end of the mill 3 car park - drive through and keep an eye out for an A Board with our yellow logo on it, and park anywhere the other side of the barrier.
The mill is best accessed by car but public transport is possible! Let us know if you have any trouble planning your route and we'll lend a hand if needed.
