Ffangai is a small arts organization working towards the establishment of a multidisciplinary work space for small businesses and artists in Cardiff. Towards our goal, we're organizing events to create conversations between young artists, small and medium enterprises, local communities and, dare we say, even Government.

Creatives Greenhouse is a professional development and social event. Think of it as a coffee with friends meets a networking event, meets a business development group.
We choose a theme per month, based on audience polling. We focus our attention on the professional needs of creatives and new businesses: marketing, time management, skills, networks, and more. From this theme, Ffangaí contacts a local expert in the field to provide you with the wisdom you need.
 
Primarily for new talent, artists starting their own businesses and freelancing, as well as established creatives.
Participants are encouraged to bring samples of their current projects to discuss, share and provide feedback for one another.
 
This month’s theme is Digital Marketing, and we’re joined by Aled Nelmes.

Born in Abergavenny, made in Pembrokeshire and settled in Cardiff; Aled Nelmes is a Welshman with an international heart. From dreams of starting record labels in secondary school, Aled’s business journey began with a live music brand and grew into 7 months at Google as a Marketing Consultant. Today, Aled can be find at the centre of Cardiff working for the fastest growing travel social network <A HREF="https://www.alpacr.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">'Alpacr' </A>as Head of Marketing.
 
 
Each event focuses on a theme selected by the participants and Ffangaí’s network. A talk, provided by an expert in the subject, followed by a practical workshop.
At 6pm we open up with teas and biscuits. Participants are invited to display current projects as a way to gather feedback or suggestions.
At 6:30pm we start the night with an announcement from Ffangaí. Current projects, collaborations, opportunities, and housekeeping.
At approximately 6:40pm our Guest Speaker gives a talk on the chose subject.
This is then followed by a practical workshop or game that aims to cement the ideas shared.
We aim to close the Speaker section at 7:30pm, leaving half-an-hour for mingling, conversation, discussion and feedback.
At 8pm we start closing the doors.
