Creature & Flag Making Drop In Workshop
Be a part of the festival before it begins by joining our creative drop-in workshop to craft seasonal creatures & celebration flags.
We need your help getting ready for the Celebration Parade, coming to Glossop on 9th May. Drop in to these free workshops and have a go at making fun seasonal creatures and bright, colourful flags. No experience needed — just bring yourself and enjoy the fun.
Derbyshire Makes
This workshop has been funded as part of Glossop’s Derbyshire Makes programme. Join us on 9th May in Glossop for our main festival day, filled with puppet parades, live music, storytelling, exhibitions, and makers' markets. The festival day will be open from 11 am-5 pm in Glossop's Norfolk Square, Market Hall & Partington Theatre.

This workshop is facilitated by Helen from our team, on behalf of Babbling Vagabonds— an award-winning Derbyshire charity creating imaginative theatre and storytelling for everyone, young, old and in between. Rooted in play, imagination and collaboration, Babbling Vagabonds work with children, young people and communities through workshops, performances and creative projects across Derbyshire and the Peak District.
