In this session we will start with an overview of the various solutions and suppliers operating in the UK non-profit sector market today – informed by Adapta’s experience of engaging with suppliers across the market through our experience with numerous sector clients. Additionally, we will hear from other third sector organisations about where they are on their technology journey to better engage their supporters, stakeholders or beneficiaries, where they have been successful, where they’ve struggled and how they overcame some of the challenges they faced. In particular, both case studies will talk about the progress they have made in implementing other technology solutions alongside a CRM solution in order to address some of their requirements – and how this has changed the role of the traditional ‘CRM’ system.
