CROCHET A GRANNY SQUARE - beginners/intermediates class

Join Sandra at Fluff Studios in Stony Stratford to learn the basics in crochet and make your very own granny square

Join Sandra for a fun in-person class on how to crochet and make a granny square, the foundation of many crochet items.

What to expect from the workshop:

• How to hold your hook and yarn
• Chain stitch, Slip stitch, The treble crochet stitch
• How to make a Granny Square
• How to join rows
• How to make colour changes
• A complimentary tea, coffee or speciality Fluff Studios frothy drink (range of latttes, hot chocs)
• Prosecco and elderflower fizz will also be available to buy.

Class sizes are limited to six so that all attendees can sit comfortably and receive the attention they need. Sandra will also provide you with a resource sheet that you can refer to as needed. This workshop is suitable for both complete beginners and those who have started crocheting but need a bit of help to improve. Suitable for right and left-handed students, and accompanied children aged 12+.

(As a follow on, everyone that comes to one of Sandras crochet workshops is invited to join her free monthly Crochet Club, where you can meet fellow crochet enthusiasts and exchange tips and ideas)

What you'll take away : A 6mm crochet hook, two balls of chunky yarn and a resource sheet. Oh and a great sense of achievement :)
