In this Crochet Club! online workshop you will learn how to crochet fun string market bags.
Crochet string market bags are a reusable, eco friendly alternative to plastic shopping bags. Not only that, they're very on trend, make great gifts and are really easy to make!
This workshop is designed to be totally accessible for beginners and will talk you through the pattern and all the stitches that you need to make the market bag. So don't worry if you've never picked up a hook before.
Crocheting is an incredibly mindful and relaxing craft and, when you become proficient with the stitches, you will find that you can bring your crocheting out anytime you have a spare 5 minutes to relax. Thats what these sessions are about - a few hours where you can be creative and recharge.
To make your bag, you will need the following:
approx 250m of 3mm cotton cord
Size 6 mm hook
Scissors
Stitch marker (this can be a piece of yarn in a different colour!)
This is a live and interactive workshop via Zoom. The Zoom link and pattern will be sent to you in advance of the workshop.
