Changing Futures is a government funded program, dedicated to Improve local services for adults who face multiple disadvantage, try new ways of working in partnership and record and share the learning generated. Create sustainable change at individual, service & system levels and influence government policy & local commissioning.We work as city-wide multi-agency partnership bringing together organisations from the health, social care, voluntary and community, criminal justice, local government, employment and housing sectors.The Changing Futures Bristol partnership acknowledges system complexity and commits to system change. St Pauls Learning Centre

The Help When You Need It (HWYNI) team will share their experiences and knowledge in this cross-sector learning session. HWYNI team members include staff from <a href="https://missinglinkhousing.co.uk/services-we-offer/help-when-you-need-it-service/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Missing Link</a>, <a href="https://www.second-step.co.uk/our-services/community-and-wellbeing/help-when-you-need-it/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Second Step</a> and <a href="https://www.mungos.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">St Mungo’s</a> in Bristol. We hope you can join us on the day to learn more about HWYNI and to take part in an <a href="https://www.england.nhs.uk/south/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2020/08/Appendix-7.2-AI-training.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">appreciative inquiry</a>. We will be exploring themes around collaboration and shared accountability, and asking the question: how can organisations meaningfully serve the clients we share, whilst working within the remits of each of our services?The Changing Futures <a href="https://www.changingfuturesbristol.co.uk/learn-more" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Learning Collective </a>facilitates shared spaces for professionals across Bristol who support people experiencing multiple disadvantages. This is the second cross-sector learning session hosted by the collective.
