Crowdfunding is a new and exciting frontier in public interest litigation. Millions of pounds have already been raised from thousands of contributors to fund hundreds of cases. Some of the key cases of recent times such as the Brexit Article 50 challenge and the Worboys appeal have been built around successful crowdfunders.
What is the formula to a successful crowdfunder? How do I set one up? How do I maintain momentum? How do I navigate the technical and legal issues?
Now is a perfect time to answer these questions and take stock and learn the secrets of success from experts in the field. We are therefore delighted to invite you to a Crowdfunding Masterclass, with contributions from Crowdjustice’s CEO Julia Salasky and DSC barristers who have worked on some of the most successful and important crowdfunded cases. We will answer the key questions – no prior experience or expertise necessary, though we would welcome attendees who can share their knowledge.
If you find you cannot attend, but think a senior colleague may be interested to attend in your place, please do let us know and we'd be happy for them to take up your invitation.
