How long will the event last?

The event will last about 75 minutes. We'll start by welcoming you in with a cup of cacao (oat or dairy) with an accompanying heart opening visualisation then you'll be invited to lie down, get comfy and let the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls wash over you.

Why do you lie down in a sound bath?

Lying down helps your body fully relax, making it easier to absorb sound vibrations and enter a deep, restorative state. It reduces stress, supports nervous system regulation, and encourages mental clarity. If lying down isn’t comfortable, you’re welcome to sit and enjoy the experience. ✨

What happens if I'm running late?

The sound bath itself will begin at 8pm with a cup of cacao after which late comers will not be admitted.
