Our workplace culture is a key determinant of how staff experience work, and therefore how well we perform at work. It therefore has a direct impact on patient care. As part of our wider workforce strategy, we are embarking on a piece of work to develop and embed a positive and inclusive culture in a consistent way across Women’s CSU. We would like to invite you to our second CSL session in the Gledhow Seminar Rooms on 30 April 1-230, where we will be holding a very practical session on ‘difficult conversations’. If you are able to attend, and would like to, please make sure it's OK with your line manager - and sign up here, so that we can manage numbers. This is open to ALL members of the Women's CSU.
