National Rail

National Rail are conducting a series of Customer Insight Groups where we speak directly to customers to gather your thoughts on accessibility within the railway. 
At this group, we will be asking you about the current end-to-end experience, whether there are any current painpoints when travelling on today's railway. We will also examine what can be done to improve accessibility in the future.
We're seeking volunteers who are able to come to a group to answer some questions and we'll use your feedback to make recommendations to the industry. We request that all volunteers have not previously attended a National Rail Insight Group.
In exchange, we’ll provide a modest incentive (in your choice of either £50 rail travel or high street shopping vouchers) along with covering any public transport travel expenses (providing you bring a receipt).
