What time do doors open?

Registration will open at 12 noon. A hot fork lunch buffet will be provided on arrival and will be available until registration ends at 12:45pm.

What accessibility options are there?

Accepted Answer

The Lowry provides accessible toilets throughout the building, step-free access to the Box Office, toilets, theatres and galleries, lift access to all floors, wheelchair spaces in all three theatres. Please note the Ground Floor has a slight incline.

Question 3

What food and drink will be available?

Accepted Answer

Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be available during networking and refreshment breaks. A seasonal hot fork buffet will be provided for lunch upon arrival. All attendees will recieve an email regarding dietary preferences ahead of the event.

Tickets for the Customer Salience in Practice event are free of charge. If you are unable to attend once registered, please cancel your ticket or let the organisers know by emailing chris.martin@flexmr.net.
