Cyanotype Workshop

Cyanotype Workshop

Overview

Join Ecologist Connor Butler for a hands-on cyanotype printmaking workshop!

Developed in the 1840s, cyanotype is a photographic process that uses UV light to create striking blue-and-white prints. By arranging plants onto light-sensitive paper, you’ll craft your own unique botanical artworks to take home, turn into cards, or give as handmade gifts.

During this two hour workshop, you will learn about the ecology of these plants, how to identify them, and have a chance to explore the wetlands.
