The workshop will feature interactive activities led by cyber security professionals at West Yorkshire Police, giving attendees the opportunity to explore real-world scenarios and learn how to respond to cyber threats effectively.

Each participant will:

  • Learn the core cyber security basics: strong passwords, phishing awareness, backing up your data, and two-step verification.
  • Understand how everyday actions can prevent breaches and protect sensitive information.
  • Experience real-world scenarios in a safe, engaging environment.
  • Find out how Police Cyber Alarm can help monitor and protect your network.
  • Learn about the North East Business Resilience Centre (NEBRC) and the free support available to businesses.

Whether you’re a small business or a large organisation, this workshop offers invaluable insights and tools to help you stay ahead of the cyber threat landscape.
