We're excited to launch Cycle Syncing at Sonas with this immersive, education-driven wellness event, created in collaboration with nutritionist Phoebe Wareham.This is not your average event.. on arrival, you’ll be invited to check in with your current cycle phase. From there, your morning will be tailored to your body’s needs. You’ll choose between:💪 A strong Mat Pilates session for follicular/ovulatory energy🧘 A gentle yoga flow for luteal/menstrual grounding. You’ll also choose from two nutrient-rich smoothies, each designed by Phoebe to support your hormonal health in a specific phase of your cycle.While one group flows, the other will take part in a panel-style talk with Phoebe, where you’ll learn how to align your nutrition, movement, and daily rituals with the four phases of your menstrual cycle. Then, the groups swap, so you experience it all.Every guest will leave with a curated goodie bag filled with hormone-friendly treats and offers from thoughtful brands.Whether you're curious about cycle syncing, living with hormonal imbalances, or just want to deepen your connection with your body, our cycle series is for you.
