West Midlands Cycling Summit

Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) has been set up as part of the WMCA to co-ordinate investment to improve the region’s transport infrastructure and create a fully integrated, safe and secure network.It is also responsible for assessing and planning the region’s future transport needs so the network can meet the demands of businesses and a growing population.

West Midlands Cycling and Walking Ambasador Shanaze Reade, three time BMX World Champion and twice Team Sprint Track World Champion, welcomes you to the first West Midlands Cycling Summit
The event  is open to members of the public, citizens, charities and organisations from across the region. It is an exciting opportunity to be the first to engage with the new ambassador as she sets out on her mission to supercharge the development of cycling and walking across the West Midlands.
