Weekly cyclocross / off-road training session for riders who want build their fitness and confidence on off-road terrain. Suitable for riders who want a mid-week effort, prepare for summer cross or MTB xc races.
The session caters for Adults and riders in the Junior and U16/U14 age categories.
Please note this is not a coached session, but a training session. You can work with your own workout or follow a workout directed from our coaches. They will also be on hand to answer any training or technical skills questions.
