The course focus on how to plan for volunteers, including exploring good volunteer management and the policies and procedures we need to have in place. The course will look at volunteer recruitment and how to communicate with and supporting volunteers.
We will cover:
- Planning for volunteering
- What good volunteer management involves
- The policies and procedures we need to have
- Safe recruitment
- Communicating well with volunteers
- Supporting volunteers.
