D&AD Shift with Google presents the grand finale of this year's new talent programme

For the past five months, D&AD Shift with Google London has been on a mission to #ShiftCreativity - a direct response to the challenges faced by self-taught creative talent who haven't been to university, entering the design and advertising industry. Plus, a challenge to the industry to shift its perception on how to find and recruit the next generation of talent.

After five months of up-skilling, connecting and developing as part of D&AD Shift London, we are excited to invite you to this year's Showcase Exhibition.

21 Shifters have been put through their paces answering client briefs from adidas, Diageo and Airbnb whilst soaking up knowledge live and direct from industry experts at our twice weekly night school sessions.

Now join us at this exclusive private view of all their hard work as we celebrate the Class of 2023.

This will be a first chance to see their exhibited brief work and network with the emerging creatives, the talent you'll want to recruit.

We will be serving drinks and canapés on the night.
