Dads Sleep Workshop

Our aim is to improve outcomes for Children across ScotlandWe offer a range of activities for families including:Parenting Workshops- Antenatal, First Aid, Feeding, Sleeping and HairstylePlaygroups- For Dads and childrenSchool work- Primary and Secondary schools, to help encourage Dads to support their child's educationWeekly music tuition- For Young People and their family membersYoung Dads- We support Dads aged 25 and underRegistered Charity SC043877

Sleeping is great! Sometimes children need help to get a good night's sleep.

<LI>Share your sleep issues</LI>
<LI>Learn how to create a successful bedtime routine and improve your child’s sleep patterns</LI>
</UL>
Come along to our workshop for Dads to hear from a Sleep Counsellor about hints and tips on how to help your wee one. There will be time for questions and answers as well.
This 2 hour workshop is aimed at those with children aged 6 months +.  
We are running a separate workshop for Mums, it's also listed on Eventbrite. 
Whilst our workshops are free, we ask that attendees consider making a suggested donation of £10 to help cover costs.
