The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (Queen Mary University of London) and the Institute of Art & Law are pleased to invite you to the upcoming Art, Business, and Law LLM: Dahomey Screening & Discussion taking place on Thursday, 15 May 2025 from 5:15 - 8:15pm (BST).

The event will feature a screening of the award-winning documentary Dahomey (2024), directed by Mati Diop. Following the screening, a panel discussion will bring together experts from the fields of law, history, and museum practice to discuss recent developments in colonial-era restitution and broader initiatives to address the colonial histories in museum collections.
