It's my first time dancing, what should I expect?

We are a friendly and relaxed group, where people join to socialise and have fun as well as dance. Sessions are on a drop-in basis and will run until October 2026. Turn up when you feel ready and we will be there to welcome you with a warm smile.

Do I need dance experience to join?

Not at all! No experience or partner is necessary.

What should I wear?

Please wear what you feel comfortable and can move in, and shoes with not too much grip on the soles.

How do I get there?
