Comfortable workout clothing and footwear. Leggings/jogging bottoms/shorts, t shirt/top, and trainers. No hard shoes.

Is there a form to sign?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Katie-Marie will email you two short forms to sign before class. One form asks for confirmation of any existing health conditions, and the second form details the nature of the activities in the class. This is private & confidential. Katie-Marie (only) will access this information.
