This Dance and Mental Health Workshop offers a powerful, integrative experience that brings together movement, psychotherapy and coaching to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-expression. Designed for individuals seeking healing, insight and reconnection with their bodies, the workshop invites participants to explore movement as a pathway to mental, emotional and psychological transformation.

Facilitation & Expertise

The workshop is co-led by Jade Taussig, a highly qualified and accredited psychotherapist, coach and movement practitioner, alongside Syreeta Rose, founder of Dance Again. She is also an experienced Activities Coordinator, offering a compassionate, inclusive and adaptable approach to group facilitation.

Together, the facilitators combine clinical depth with creative expertise, ensuring sessions are both emotionally safe and creatively empowering.
