One hour movement session
For "non-dancers" and dancing kings and queens alike, whether just cardio or release for mind body heart and soul
- Please be sure to arrive five minutes early as we close the door once we start and it's also important to begin together.
- We remove our shoes and move either in socks (with grip), barefoot, or with dance slippers.
- Bring water, a towel, and friends ok to pay at the door as long as one of you is booked in advance
