DARED (Do A Run Every Day) 2021 is the ultimate virtual event. Accessible for new runners but challenging for those with experience.

<h2><strong>DARED 2021</strong></h2><p>The ultimate virtual challenge is back for its FOURTH YEAR. </p><p>Choose to take part in DARED 2021 this June and you can also choose your distance, choose your location, choose your time of day and choose who you run with or choose to run solo. </p><p>Over 300 runners have been DARED so far and they have succeeded in raising over £60,000 for vulnerable local children and families. </p><h3><strong>What is the DARED Challenge? </strong></h3><p>It&#x27;s an event that appeals to both new and experienced runners because of the simple nature of the challenge - Do A Run Every Day. You choose your running level and distance, the time and the place you run and it doesn&#x27;t  matter whether you run alone or as a group. All that is required is that you Do A Run Every Day in June. </p><p>As well as the obvious health benefits, you will also be supporting the charity Circle.  Every mile you run you will be helping vulnerable children living in some of Scotland’s most deprived areas to receive the support they need to cope with the chaos and trauma of parental substance abuse and/or parental imprisonment. </p><h3><strong>Entry Options - Select Your Distance</strong></h3><ul><li>1 Mile per Day</li></ul><p>If you are just starting to get fit, choose our ‘beginner’ level and run 1 mile per day. Enjoy a steady improvement in fitness throughout the month whilst being able to boast that you have run more than a marathon over the course of a month.</p><ul><li>5k per Day</li></ul><p>Already fit and looking for a challenge? Then try our ‘experienced’ 5km per day challenge. Sounds easy? Then consider it as running more than 3 marathons in just 1 month.  </p><h3><strong>Select Your Charity Involvement</strong></h3><ul><li>Fundraising Entry</li></ul><p>You can choose our Fundraising ticket; pay a standard entry fee, and pledge to raise a minimum of £50.</p><ul><li>Charity Donation Entry</li></ul><p>Or you can take a Charity Donation ticket, pay the full entry fee which includes a direct donation to Circle, and have no fundraising target to meet.</p><p>All fundraising is done through registered JustGiving pages linked to our Campaign.
