<h3>Darts is the only sport where you can throw things and still make friends!</h3> <h3>Show your support for<a href="https://birminghammind.org/what-we-do/" title="https://birminghammind.org/what-we-do/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Birmingham Mind</a> by taking part in our first Darts Social.</h3>Did you know that playing darts is a great way to train your brain? And that darts is now considered a sport with lots of health benefits? It helps to relieve stress, improves concentration, increases confidence and social skills. A great way to give your mental health a boost!So, whether you fancy yourself as the next Luke Littler or Fallon Sherrock, or you have never stepped foot on the oche, everyone is welcome at this social event. Come along after work to unwind and socialise with your colleagues or bring your family and friends for a bit of healthy competition.Each ticket includes:<ul><li>A welcome drink</li><li>A selection of nibbles</li><li>2 hours of darts, playing as many games as you like</li><li>A donation to <a href="https://birminghammind.org/what-we-do/" title="https://birminghammind.org/what-we-do/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Birmingham Mind</a></li></ul> For any queries contact fundraising@birminghammind.org
