Jonathan Jones will be joining us at The University of Liverpool to share information about the current research funding opportunities from DASA - Defence and Security Accelerator at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory.

They help find and fund exploitable innovations which support the defence and security of the UK faster and more effectively, and seek to generate economic value for the UK. We would like to encourage our researchers of any stage in their career , from any faculty to forward ideas to Jonathan who will be happy to advise on the day .

The Defence and Security Accelerator’s mission is for the UK to have the most innovative defence and security capabilities in the world. The Accelerator achieves this by finding and funding innovative ideas and seeking to rapidly bring them into use across defence and security. DASA is committed to working with academia, organisations and individuals who are interested in helping the U.K’s defence and security work better and faster, be more efficient and safer.
