Data Collection and Analytics Workshop

Collecting data about your website and online marketing activity are the most essential tools when deciding what is working and what isn't. Your data should inform all decisions about where to allocate resource and focus your efforts moving forward. However analytics can seem complicated!

This workshop will demonstrate the benefits of collecting data via your website and showcase the best free tools to use. We will also run through how you can use data to drive site changes and make decisions to improve conversion rates.

The workshop will cover:

  • An introduction to website analytics.
  • An explanation of the benefits of collecting data.
  • How to make data driven decisions.
  • Working to improve conversion rates.
  • Creating a monthly report of activity and shareholder information.

A take home resource of an Analytics + data collection health check checklist will be provided as well as specific advice for your organisation.

Trainer Bio: Luke Masters
Luke is one of the founders of Add10 and has a wide range of industry experience under his belt. From agency and consulting roles to in-house positions. Luke has worked as an SEO and online marketing consultant for a wide spectrum of clients from eCommerce companies and education institutions to several household name charities.

The experiences of these roles have helped him to understand his client’s needs and the challenges they face. During his career, Luke have been lucky enough to have worked with a lot of inspiring charitable organisations, and hopes to work with more in the future to help raise money for great causes!

His key strengths lie in strategic advice, content marketing and utilising data to drive actionable improvements to web properties. Luke is a good combination of marketing, code and straight talk!
