But where do you start?In this webinar we will introduce a simple process to help you interact with data in the most effective way.Hypothesis Driven Development is a term used to describe the process of making a hypothesis surrounding fixing a certain problem, testing the fix in real life scenarios, analysing the results/data and finally measuring whether making the change permanent will result in an appropriate return on investment.Whilst HDD may sound complicated, it is a very simple process that can be applicable at any level to any business/organisation. HDD makes data driven decision making easier by:1. Prioritising small, regular changes over large, complex projects2. Ensuring efficient use of time by focusing on goals3. HDD is a process we utilise with a number of clients as a way to ensure their actions/choices produce measurable outputs.
