There is also a strong academic research community developing novel methods, a global community of practice and sophisticated tools available.In this FREE masterclass you will get an introduction to process mining research and gain hands-on experience using world-leading process mining software from Celonis. We use a case study with easy-to-follow steps that will suit technical and non-technical users. Through a series of practical exercises, you will learn the basic steps in process mining of an event log and understand how process mining can reveal insights into a business process.
