Please note this event takes place over two rooms
- Registration (Tea and Coffee)- Room 2.18 Psychology Building
- Process Mining sessions - Computer Cluster 1.43 Psychology Building
Process mining combines data science and process science methods for data-driven process improvement. Process mining is used by many organisations to identify inefficiencies, drive innovation in business processes, care pathways and workflows - lowering costs and delivering better outcomes. There is also a strong academic research community developing novel methods, a global community of practice and sophisticated tools available.
In this FREE masterclass you will get an introduction to process mining research and gain hands-on experience using world-leading process mining software from Celonis. We use a case study with easy-to-follow steps that will suit technical and non-technical users. Through a series of practical exercises, you will learn the basic steps in process mining of an event log and understand how process mining can reveal insights into a business process. You will have an exclusive chance to dive into the Celonis toolset to explore advanced features used by data analysts and process improvement consultants to make recommendations for process improvement to clients.
