Data Protection in 2026: From Policy to Practice
Overview
N OTE: due to safeguarding policy, ticket sales will close 24 hours in advance, so this event will close at 10am on Wed 3 Dec
This session is essential for all fundraisers. We will cover the changes to UK law including the Soft Opt-In for charities expected to come into force in 2026. This change is likely to relax the rules of engagement and increase income. Amongst other matters we will also discuss the use of AI with tips and guidance when processing personal data. With 76% of charities already using AI, this session will support your next steps with policy and practice.
