About this event

In our fast-paced, digital world, it can be easy to neglect the importance of deep, meaningful conversations, especially about love and intimacy. Communication is the foundation of any successful relationship, and in this workshop, we will explore what motivates your desires, fears, and hopes.

It doesn’t matter if you feel that you know yourself inside out, or if you feel that you have no idea what intimacy is all about, there is room for everyone.

This workshop is part of our workshop series celebrating the opening of our stunning new Coal Drops Yard space. We will share insights, stories and experiences. There might be lots of laughter, and a few tears. We will embrace the human and encourage moments of aliveness.

Led by qualified therapists at Self Space, this workshop will support you with:

  • Enhancing self-awareness and reflection
  • Fostering connection and belonging with like-minded individuals
  • Processing emotions through creative tools
  • Exploring values and beliefs around dating and intimacy in a relaxed space

Come as you are. We look forward to seeing you.
