MOVE
Blast off the cobwebs, get fired up, out of your mind and into your body. Feel strong and sexy, and serene with 3 movement classes - Dynamic FlowMotion - the funnest yoga movement class with creative sequences and moves from diverse disciplines, an Inversions workshop and the delectably chilled Restorative Flow with guided relaxation. More details in the schedule section.
TRANSFORM YOUR STRESS
A stress workshop like no other, you will learn about what really drives stress, understand your own stress and learn how to transform it. Using a combination of Eastern and Western philosophies & psychologies you will be guided to look at stress from an entirely new perspective and feel more balanced, calm and resilient.
CONNECT WITH NATURE, IN LONDON
Set in the grounds of magnificent Waterlow Park near Kenwood in Highgate, there will be time to breathe fresh air, bask in the sun (although, this is England...) and hug trees. If the weather is warm and dry, we'll take some activities outside.
PLUS, each participant gets a FREE 2 hour transformative coaching session (online) with Amy after the event, worth £160.
YOUR HOST
Amy Slevin is a yoga teacher, life coach and performer with 11 years teaching experience, and a vast movement background. She is renowned for her expertise in the hard things - inversions, arm balances and a colourful array of creative and playful movement. Her own struggles with movements have given her great insight into understanding movement and how to teach it, so you get the best out of your body. She created FlowMotion as a way to combine her movement disciplines, and create a fun, playful and challenging experience for people who wouldn't normally do yoga.
She is trained in CBT and the Demartini Method of mental transformation - the latter being the only form of therapy she found actually worked. Once an osteopath, Amy has extensivly studied pain and the mind-body connection and how to use our minds to help our bodies and vice versa.
Additionally, she performs her unique blend of dance and handbalance in London and internationally, and hosts live events. Naturally cheeky and playful, she sprinkles the fun wherever she goes and makes difficult concepts easier to digest.

Frequently asked questions
The day is scheduled with this in mind - that some people love movement more than the mindset and relaxation, so you can choose either morning or afternoon.
Not if you don't want to. There are other things you can work on, eg Crow Pose, and other arm balances, or skip this workshop and stroll around the park instead.
No. It would cost you more, and you might not like what you're offered. But there is a cafe on site that serves a range of salads, pasta, soup, & sandwiches, coffee, tea & cake, or you're welcome to bring your own.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (although you're free not to use one - I don't!), something warm to wear, and lunch if you don't want to get it from the cafe. I have a couple of spare mats if you ask very nicely!
Depending on what it is, we can probably work around it. You'll need to be able to walk and put weight through your hands.
