The session is designed to help organisations understand how to work effectively with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to strengthen safe recruitment practices.This session will cover:
- The benefits of DBS and your organisation working together
- The different levels of DBS check
- Eligibility, when a volunteer or employee is eligible for a check
- What ‘regulated activity’ is
- What the DBS Update Service is
