About this event
This is a Family Fun Day for all!
Come a long with family and friends and find out what it's like to heal in the outdoors with Damali Beautiful Vision CIC.
We shall provide two taster sessions on the beach in the warm sun;
- Reflect & Breath - Relaxation Guided Meditation and
- Reflect & Move - Movement session healing somatic trauma This is NOT funded! Please be aware that this is an opportunity for all community members who wish to learn more about us and the work that we do regardless of your demographic. You shall be responsible for any Travel or Accomodation! Please bring water and or any medication that you may need on the day. DBV CIC team members are DBS Checked and have a Senior Lead for Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid. However, we wish to notify all attendees that you shall be solely responsible for yourselves, young people and children under the age of 18 years. Be aware that you will also be responsible for yourself and any young children in relation to swimming and sea play. There will NOT be a life gaurd in our team! Please bring along a packed lunch, snacks, water and or any money needed to purchase your drinks and food. We also ask that you bring any sun protection that you need, such as sun hats etc And to bring plenty blankets and or your mats for you to lay or sit on. Djembe Drums, Percussion Instruments, Buckets, Spades, Bubbles and any other fun family orientated games are permitted. We really wish for everyone to have a Beautiful time!
Frequently asked questions
DBV CIC shall not be providing a coach. All attendees must find their own form of transport to and from Clacton On-Sea.
All attendees are welcome to explore Clacton On-Sea or stay for the taster sessions. We would love for all attendees to experience our taster sessions and have a chat to connect of course. However, you are free to have fun because that's what the beach is for. : )
