BrumYODO is a community collective aiming to encourage and support the people of Birmingham to have open and honest conversations about death and dying and mortality. A Death Cafe is an event where people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. Our aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives

We are running this cafe alongside a free event for Children's Grief Awareness Week (November 16-22nd), where author Juliet Clare Bell is going to be talking about her new book Benny's Hat and there will be craft activities and singing also at Kings Heath Library, Birmingham 2.30pm-4pm, for more book info see https://www.pomelopip.com/benny-s-hat/
