About this event

Join us for Debating in schools: how to achieve success for all students, hosted by Debate England in partnership with Noisy Classroom and Debating for Everyone.

Taking place at the historic Dartmouth House in Mayfair, this full-day CPD conference is designed for secondary school teachers and sector practicioners already involved in debating or are keen to get started.

Featuring keynote speaker Geoff Barton and practical workshops led by experienced schools debating leaders, the event will explore how debate can raise standards, strengthen skills, improve competitive success, and widen participation.

Multiple participants from each school are welcome to attend.

Thanks to the generosity of the English Speaking Union, we are able to offer this event for £65/person, to include refreshments and lunch. A 10% discount is available for schools registered to compete in the ESU Schools Mace competition.
