Alison has 20 years working in a major international organisation in Operations, Transformation and Global Technology Officer positions. Founder and CEO of iDunn Consulting, Alison identified SME&#x27;s need support for growth. Using her experience, she focuses on strategy and process optimisation with implementation. A believer in follow your passions, and project working, she is a serial entrepreneur. Previously a cofounder and COO of a cybersecurity start-up here in Ireland, and is now COO of another Irish start-up. G﻿ary works with a broad range of technology high potential start-ups (HPSUs) bringing experience and expertise towards driving innovation, creating - seed investment strategies, market analysis, tech analysis, monetisation strategies, promoting incubation and collaboration.Paul&#x27;s role is to raise the profile and awareness of Innovate UK in Northern Ireland and help maximize the region’s economic potential. An engineer at heart, Paul brings over 30 years of innovation and commercialization experience to this role. He began with Invest NI in 2005 and held several programme manager roles in the challenging ‘idea to commercialization’ space. A respected practitioner of technology transfer he designed and developed a regional ‘proof of concept’ programme specifically aimed at Northern Ireland’s market failures. This programme has resulted in several notable university spinouts such as Catagen and ProAxsis.
