Deep Reset: Grounding is a 6-week guided journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a greater sense of calm, stability and balance in everyday life.
In a world that often keeps us overstimulated, stressed and disconnected, this course offers a space to pause, breathe rest and reset.
Across six weekly sessions, we will explore gentle grouding and nervous system regulation practces including:
- breathwork
- gentle movement (yoga, yin yoga, qi-gong)
- body awareness
- emotional freedom technique
- self-massage rituals
- somatic practices
- deep rest techniques
This is not about "fixing" yourself. It is about creating space to reconnect with your body, regulate stress response, and build practices for everyday wellbeing.
Whether you are feeling overwhlemed, emotionally exhausted, burnt out, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of deeper rest and reconnection, you are warmly welcome.
No previous experience is needed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session will offer a calm, supportive and restorative environement where you can:
- slow down your nervous system
- release physical tension and stress
- reconnect with your breath and body
- develop grounding tools for daily life
- experience deep relaxation and restoration
PLEASE BRING
- a yoga mat if you have one
- a blanket or anything that helps you feel cosy
- water
- comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
- a journal if you like to note your experience
