Deep Rest: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath in Wimbledon Village
Release tension, quiet your mind, and drift into profound restoration.
Enter a calm and cosy space, where the power of your senses invites you into deep rest. This 90-minute Yin Yoga & Sound Bath is an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, soften the body, and gently quiet the mind.
Through long-held, nourishing Yin Yoga postures and the soothing vibrations of sound, you’ll be guided into a state of ease where tension can melt away and your nervous system can truly settle. This is an invitation to step out of doing and into being.
Highlights
- Small group setting (maximum 11 guests) for personal attention and a quiet, shared atmosphere
- Beautifully renovated studio in Wimbledon Village, a peaceful sanctuary away from the noise of London
- Gentle yoga postures and immersive sound suitable for all levels, no experience required.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- A blanket or pillow
- Wear comfortable, warm layers
- An eye mask (optional)
What to expect
We’ll begin with a slow, accessible Yin Yoga practice, holding postures for several minutes to allow the body to open gradually and safely. This creates the conditions for deep rest and introspection.
Then you’ll be guided into stillness, resting in an immersive sound bath. The vibrations work on a subtle level, helping the mind unwind while the body enters a deeply restorative state. Many people describe this part as feeling timeless, spacious, and profoundly calming.
No prior yoga experience is needed. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.
Contraindications for Sound Baths
Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people. However, if you experience epilepsy, severe heart conditions, severe mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia or psychosis), tinnitus, or if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, please get in touch before booking your ticket.
