Pete is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Builder, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, qualified Clerk of Works and membership assessor for ICWCI. He is an Expert Witness with more than 23 years hands on experience on construction sites. He is the owner of Pete Cole Consulting, a practice based in Northern Ireland which undertake snagging and defects surveys on new homes highlighting defects and omissions. At this online event Pete will take you through some of his finds over the last three years and will touch on the inextricable link between Health and Safety and Quality.
