This workshop will cover the following objectives:
- To be aware of the impact of bad news on patients and their families
- To develop your skills in having difficult conversations
- To consider bad news as a start of a care package, not the end
- To ensure self-care in protecting the long-term wellbeing of healthcare professionals
Please note, if you are a non-medical registrant who is eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) funding this course will account as part of your annual allowance for CPD funding.
