About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

The Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) works locally as partners within the Essex Sexual Health Service alongside other providers and specialist providers. THT work on the frontline delivering sexual health promotion in a variety of settings, including education, and offer rapid HIV testing within the community.

This training course will explore the need and learning opportunities to deliver relationship and sex education for young people. The program is designed to improve confidence and develop skills and knowledge to discuss relationships and sex with young people, identify specific considerations for RSE. There will also be opportunities to identify situations where a child may be at risk, and information about what services are available to support locally.
