How to help your colleagues understand what you do as a UX Designer

Due to covid restrictions, this event will be hosted online. We will send a link to the participants.This is a participatory workshop, the idea is to have discussions, coming with a working microphone is better :) Since we want people to feel free to share their own experience, this event will NOT be recorded.

Hey fellows of UX in Lux, would you say you can draw? Well some of you will say “Yes Tired of explaining what UX Design actually is?Unhappy that your org doesn't value Design?Having very confused colleagues about cryptic acronyms such as UX, CX, SX, EX, IxD? Kinda confused yourself? (Let's face it, it is pretty confusing!)In this online workshop, we'll be chatting about why it is so hard to make Design work inside organizations. And how you can be more strategic in reaching this goal. You will also be able to share your own stories and challenges. Because we are all in the same boat!

She delivers united and meaningful experiences with her team across Societe Generale products for start-ups, corporates and financial institutions.Previously, Morgane adventured into various fields of consulting, financial markets and tech. In her spare time, she’s a gamer at heart and works on an indie video game successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
