This session will provide an opportunity for you to explore the leadership and management development needs that will enable you to take the next step in your career. Key areas for development will be identified and aligned with Leading Lancashire’s free* programmes.

The Leading Lancashire project is part-funded by the European Social Fund and delivers leadership and management training for the Lancashire workforce, enabling people to develop their skills through training, coaching and support.

By taking part in the Leading Lancashire project and programme, you will:

• Develop effective leadership and management knowledge, skills and behaviours

• Gain nationally recognised leadership and management qualifications

• Improve your potential for career development and advancement

*To be eligible for Leading Lancashire you must meet the following criteria:

•You must be over 16

•Legally able to reside and work in the UK

•Self employed/employed in a small/medium sized company (<250 employees) within Lancashire
