Designing a Workplace That Improves Wellbeing and Productivity
Overview
In this practical 90-minute session, we will explore how workplace design (in the office and for hybrid teams) influences day-to-day wellbeing and performance - and what SME leaders can do about it without major budgets or big redesign projects.
You will leave with a simple framework for spotting the biggest friction points, plus a set of low-cost, high-impact actions you can apply straight away.
We will cover:
- The key workplace factors that most influence stress, focus and energy
- Practical improvements for offices and hybrid teams that are affordable and realistic
- A quick self-check you can use to prioritise changes in your own business
- How to turn workplace tweaks into better retention, engagement and productivity
The session will include time for Q&A. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.
Who it's for: SME founders, leaders, and people/ops managers shaping office or hybrid working.
Takeaway: Attendees leave with a practical framework and a short list of quick wins to apply in 30 days.
