Description

A 15-minute yoga sequence sitting in a chair to promote physical and mental health & wellbeing. The idea being to take yoga out of the studio, into everyday life situations. We spend so much of our time sitting at desks. This class will enable us to think about the way we sit and move beneficially.

This will be held in a Video Conferencing room in Horizon House, allowing both Horizon House and Temple Quay House staff to take part.
