    A gentle invitation to join Megan online for a 20 minute guided practice of Desk Yoga.The session will include an opportunity to hit pause on the busy work day, to slow down, refocus the mind and settle the breath, as well as some gentle stretches designed to relieve stiffness or discomfort in your neck, back and hips. The session should leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the afternoon. The session can be done from your desk chair with limited space, no Lycra necessary.


    A little bit about Megan: Megan is a trauma-informed yoga facilitator, specialising in mental health. She has previously worked as a therapist in the NHS and for mental health services, and is currently facilitating yoga classes and other therapeutic practices in Bristol and online. Her mission is to make yoga and good mental health more accessible through small, incremental changes.
